Each print is made especially for you by the WhiteWall photo lab, so please choose your size carefully.
Damaged or faulty prints
If your print arrives damaged or with a production fault, email info@xavierarnau.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the print and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or, if you prefer, a full refund — you don't need to send the damaged print back.
Changing your mind
If you're a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email info@xavierarnau.com with your order number, then send the print back undamaged in its original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the print and the original standard shipping within 14 days.
