All prints are produced to order and shipped directly from the WhiteWall photo lab in Frechen, Germany. Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the size of the print and where it's going.

Production and delivery
Your print goes into production as soon as your order is confirmed. Production usually takes 3–5 working days, and delivery a further 3–7 working days within the EU (allow longer for the United Kingdom and outside Europe). Prints are shipped with DHL, DPD, UPS or FedEx. These times are estimates; express delivery is not available.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with tracking details once your print has been dispatched.
Customs
Orders within the European Union ship without customs charges. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
