Shipping policy

All prints are produced to order and shipped directly from the WhiteWall photo lab in Frechen, Germany.

Where we ship

We deliver to around 50 countries, including all of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Japan and Australia. The full list of countries is shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on the size of the print and the delivery address, and is always shown before you pay. Example costs for the most popular sizes are listed on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Production and delivery times

Your print goes into production as soon as your order is confirmed. Production usually takes 3–5 working days. Delivery takes a further 3–7 working days within the EU; allow longer for the United Kingdom and destinations outside Europe. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Express delivery is not available.

Carriers and tracking

Prints are shipped with DHL, DPD, UPS or FedEx, carefully packed to protect them in transit. You will receive an email with tracking details once your print has been dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders within the European Union ship without customs charges. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or has not arrived within the expected time, email info@xavierarnau.com with your order number. Damaged prints are replaced free of charge, as described in our Refund policy.
